• Contact actions such as WhatsApp, phone, and social media links are handled by external services once you leave Roarche.
• Roarche does not control conversations, payments, or transactions that happen outside the platform.

User Control, Deactivation, and Deletion

Users may request to disable or permanently delete their Roarche profile at any time.

• Deactivation hides the profile from public access while retaining the record for potential restoration.
• Permanent deletion removes the profile from the system.
• Roarche may retain limited operational records where required for abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

Verification Process

For security, Roarche may require ownership verification before processing a disable or deletion request.

• A short-lived verification token may be issued for profile removal requests.
• Requests should be confirmed through a contact method associated with the profile, such as the registered WhatsApp number or linked social account.
• Requests that cannot be properly verified may be declined or delayed.
• Forwarded requests and third-party requests are not treated as sufficient proof of ownership on their own.
